Posters should not exceed the length of 100 cm and the width of 90 cm. Material for fixing posters on panels will be at the participants’ disposal at the conference site. The poster text should be readable from the distance of 1 meter.

U sklopu kongresa predviđena je izložba knjiga (udžbenika) na hrvatskom i engleskom jeziku vezanih tematikom uz mikrobiologiju. Ukoliko netko zna neku knjigu koja bi se trebala naći na izložbi molimo vas za pomoć da pošaljete svoja saznanja o izdanim knjigama (udžbenicima) navedene tematike i to u razdoblju od 2000 do 2012 godine, na mail: info@hmd-cms.hr. Hvala unaprijed na susretljivosti, suradnji i pomoći.

Organizacijski odbor je odlučio zainteresiranim studentima preddiplomskih i diplomskih sveučilišnih studija omogućiti slobodan tj. besplatan pristup na sve kongresne događaje (osim izleta). Prijevoz i smještaj tijekom Kongresa trebaju osigurati sami. Studenti se mogu registrirati putem on-line obrasca.

The deadline for accomodation booking is August 24 but we urge the participants to book their rooms as early as possible because the hotel Zora seems to be extremely busy this season.

In collaboration with the Croatian Food Agency, The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Croatia and Noack d.d., the Croatian Society for Mycrobiology will organize round table (in Croatian) on biological hazards in food safety (Biološke opasnosti i sigurnost hrane). This event will take place on Friday, September 28, 2012 from 10:30 to 13:15h at the conference centre of the hotel Zora. The deadline for the abstract submission has been further extended until July 15, 2012.
Please, note that the deadline for early registration fee payment has not changed (July 15).
For the abstracts submitted by July 15, the acceptance decision will be sent within one week.
For the abstracts submitted earlier (by June 20), the date of acceptance remains July 5.
