Registration fee will cover: admission to the lectures, book of abstracts, welcome reception, excursion and social dinner, refreshments and coffee during the breaks.

The confirmation of payment will be given to you at the conference. It will be placed in your congress bag.

Please, note that payment of registration fees will be possible at the registration desk only in cash (no credit cards will be accepted) and only in the Croatian currency (kuna).
Cancellation Policy
Written notification of cancellation must be sent to the address of the organizing committee. Participants who cancel their attendance no later than July 1, 2012 will be refunded 20% of the fee. Cancellations requests made after this date will not be refunded. Replacements or name changes are not considered as cancellations.
Accommodation
Hotel Zora Accommodation Prices
The Symposium will be held at the Hotel Zora in Primošten (Address: Raduča 11, HR-22202 Primošten, Croatia). The Organizing Committee has secured special rates for participants of the Conference and their accompanying persons and accompanying persons.

The prices are based on the half-board service. Tax is 1,00 € a day / per person and it is not included in the accommodation price.

Please note that there is a limited number of rooms and the hotel is expected to be quite busy well into September 2012. Participants are advised to book their accommodation as early as possible or the Organizing Committee cannot guarantee their accommodation.
