It is our great pleasure to invite you to the 5th Croatian Congress of Microbiology with International Participation to be held in Primošten, Croatia, on September 26-30, 2012.

We continue the twenty-year-long tradition of fruitful meetings with interesting sessions covering all major topics of microbiology. The Congress will include two plenary (keynote) lectures, sessions with two introductory invited lectures, oral and poster presentations, as well as extra time devoted to the scientific achievements of young scientists, the recipients or ex-recipients of FEMS research fellowships. The Fifth Congress will be preceded by CESAR 2012 (September 23-26, 2012), and the participants of this meeting are welcome to extend their scientific contributions into the 5th Congress, or vice versa.

Primošten is a small and peaceful town situated on the Adriatic coast. It will provide excellent settings for all our scientific and social activities. Rich cultural and natural heritage of the area give us ample opportunity to select a suitable conference sightseeing tour and leave you with enough beautiful sites to discover yourselves.
